This layout consists of one table and is highly CSS style based, so I reccommend you
have some knowlege of CSS in order to edit any style/colors otherwise just edit the content.
This layout is XHTML transitional and simple to edit.

Installing the layout
1. Download the file. Unzip the file into a folder.
2. Copy the index.html and rename it to your desired page eg. home.html
3. Edit the content to whatever you desire
4. Upload everything to your server, please do not rename the theme.css file. It contains all the style/colors
5. You're done
